THROUGH AND THROUGH

Villahouse for ČZU is characterized primarily by its parterre on the 1st floor. It is an outdoor common area from which the laundry room, meeting room, storage room, public kitchen and garden are accessible. However, empty space is also essential. It can be used for various workshops, parties or other activities. There are a total of 8 apartments in the villa. 2 large family professor apartments, 2 maisonettes for couples and 4 modest apartments for students consisting only of a bathroom, a bed and a work desk. The kitchen and dining are shared by the students on their floor, which, unlike the other floors, is separated from the common area. However, thanks to the glass partitions, the students are still connected to the rest of the building and its events.
