The design of the commemorative space combines symbolism with a pure architectural expression that refers to the passage of time and reflection on the past. It is conceived as a tunnel connecting the past and the future.The main elements are two massive tubes, embodying the shell, in contrast with the subtle form of the staircase and the footbridge, representing the dynamics of the water that flows through them.
