Organised by the Department of the Theory and History of Architecture. The conference will focus on the genesis, functioning, and contexts of the work of Stavoprojekt in Czechoslovakia, but it will also look at the subject of central planning in other countries of central and eastern Europe and beyond.

The conference is organised by the Department of the Theory and History of Architecture at FA of CTU in Prague as part of the grant project Stavoprojekt 1948–1953: The Collectivisation of Architectural Practice and Its Imprint on the Memory of the Czech Landscape and Towns. The event is held under the auspices of Docomomo CZ.
