The project aims, as in the successful previous year, on the basis of the realization of architectural elements or small buildings (assumption - tower) from innovative materials to verify the contribution of the "learning by doing" method in the education process of future architects. The complex design of the building begins with individual elements and is a synthesis creative thinking, knowledge of materials, physical phenomena and physical workability and feasibility of the proposal. Individual proposals would be implemented in multi-member student teams under the methodical leadership of the members of the research team team.

Live Projects are a teaching method of architectural design in which projects are finalised by realisation. The project form is often influenced by cooperation with an investor or a future user. Apart from the project developed up to execution drawings student is taught how to work with a budget, how a construction is coordinated, how to cooperate with specialists, contractors and craftsmen, and also many soft skills e.g. team work organisation. In the Czech Republic, teaching Live Projects is not widespread. SGS research is going to focus on analysis of realized projects mainly from abroad, provide an overview of requirements for students and teachers, and present various teaching methods of Live Projects.
