Lucia Mlynčeková studied Visual Communication at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava, where she defended her diploma thesis with her first solo exhibition on the topic of post-war architecture in Czechoslovakia. Her current doctoral research focuses on the functioning of design institutes and their studios in the second half of the 20th century in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In addition, she continues her exhibition activities, which are also connected with her current research.
