TRUTNOV: INDUSTRIAL AREA IN THE CITY CENTER

Cities generally face the challenge of expanding into open countryside. Thats why I decided to create high-quality urban housing where each resident has their own private outdoor space, while also offering large shared areas on the rooftops and in the inner courtyards. My design focuses on community-based urban living. The entire block serves all its residents, not just for relaxation, but also for work or sports.
