Annotation
The topic of this diploma thesis is a project of social housing and citizen office in Berlin, in a city part Friedrichshein-Kreuzberg. This site is located close to Spree river bank. The project is formed by two buildings – a block of flats and a office building. The object has eight floors and contains one basement floor and a ground floor with stores and cafe inside.
