Catholic Theological Faculty CU

The building is situated on the east side of the Emmaus monastery gardens. With it’s mass it completes the block of already standing houses in Vyšehradská street. The said building is a Catholic Theological Fakulty of Charles University. The facade from Vyšehradská contributes to a united look of the building. This mostly transparent facade lets the four main parts of the building be seen. This division is more easily recognized looking from the Emmaus gardens. Each of these parts has a specific function in the building. Going from the south it’s classrooms, offices for teacher, administration office and library. The backbone of the whole building is a hall with sanitary facilities.
