The new infrastructure naturally requires a new modern, technologically advanced and convenient platform for its implementation. It is an object attractive to the public, students, teachers and scientists, in which the processes of communication, cooperation, dissemination of knowledge, inventions would take place, attracting the attention of all interested groups.
