STUDENTS RESIDENCE

The aim of the work was to design new student dormitories in the area of Pragovka in Prague in Vysočany. The design of the building was preceded by the analysis and study of the location, leading to the creation of a concept for future development planning and determinated situation of the building.The design of the building was separated into two buildings (to create a view of the chimney) and a according the terrain was designed 8 floors to contain commercial space on the ground floor in both its parts. The default parameter of the building was a living cell vertically oriented over two above-ground floor, where the student´living is located, with own sanitary facilities, double and single rooms and living room.
