The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a home hemodialysis. The aim of the thesis is to motivate a larger group of patients to choose this method using an innovative approach. This would contribute to the improvement of their quality of life. This goal is achieved by adapting the hemodialysis unit to the home environment. The proposal takes into account two criteria - domestic and travel use. The result is a set of three modules: a hemodialysis machine, a water treatment plant and a storage / transport box. It is the versatility, compactness and effort to configure the surrounding space that creates the character of this originally medical device and evokes positive emotions in the user.
