From the ancient times public spa takes place in city structure. In ancient Rome city spa (therm) used to have the strongest meaning. It used to be build in enormous size and gymnasium, amfitheatre, libraries used to be part of it too. In the Ancient times body culture used to be on very high leven and beeing clean used to be very important. In the medival purity of your soul was more important than purity of you body. Bathing culture was forgotten. Today we are familiar with public swimming pools, aquaparks, summer swimming pools etc. Point of my diploma thesis was to desing modern city swimming pool which can offer all in one, sport, fun, purity of your sole and Relax to your body close to city centre of Prague connected by public transport
