Annotation
The diploma thesis deals with the construction of an apartment building in Karlín. The aim is to design community housing, cohousing with the creation of common areas and a commercial parterre with underground parking. The architectural solution solves the addition of a gap and brings a new type of housing to the Czech, urban environment.
