Annotation

The apartment building project is located in Prague, in Prague 4 Nusle district on the south side of the block in Mečislavová Street. The apartment building has a total of six above-ground and also two underground floors serving as a common parking lot for another five apartment buildings. The main eastern façade is visually divided into two parts. The 1st floor has a cladding with dark ceramic fittings and thanks to that it visually divides the building into residential and public parts. The residential part is unified using a classic white plaster. The windows are visually unified in black to imitate a large sash window. The west facade has white plaster as the main material. The balconies are made of suspended concrete and their location forms a zigzag pattern on the facade
