Colony

Palmovka has it’s spirit and it’s potential. Now, however, it will go through puberty, through a period of transformation from the ugly duckling, through many changes. Such environment encourages one to observe and absorb in order to let something new be created. I am offering a possibility to settle and create at Palmovka. A creative colony. The house opens it’s arms towards the crossing and catches the eye of passersby. On the ground floor there is a cantine and two retail spaces, the floors above contain 26 leasable studios of various sizes. All of them are equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen and all of them are spaces where interesting things happen.
