Maybe the search for the 'garden city' and his meaning, could give us an answear, why are people moving from cities? The plot is sufficiently close to the city centre to offer an easy connection with the city, on the other hand is far enough not to act as one. Greenery, nature, people, neighbours. Peeking over their fence to see neighbour's garden bed, then hidden in the privacy of sunken enclosed balconies. Going through the plot, familier of neighbours living here. Elderly are watching over youngsters, youngsters are helping elderly. This is my vision of a community in my project.
