Urban Housing na Knížecí

Urban housing in the centre of Smíchov in a new development area. Prague is now showing interest in the revitalisation and development of brownfields and unused areas in the city centre. There is an effort to create a more pleasant urban environment. This is also linked to the ongoing construction of a new district in Smíchov, which is linked to the revitalisation of Smíchov railway station. Although this is a development, it is aiming for diversity and not just financial gain. Therefore, the question remains how to relate the new district to the existing surrounding buildings. The development of the incomplete block opposite the bus station responds to this. The study itself deals with the solution of the corner building on Ostrovského and Stroupežnického Streets.
