The new apartment complex on the site of the current public parking lot at the intersection of Školská and Příkrá streets, complements the missing part of the city block and at the same time brings an impulse to the future revitalization of Školská Street. The design of the buildings counts on the return of the built-up parking lot and offers the possibility of both free and private parking for residents of houses in two-storey underground parking. Three detached apartment buildings offer a total of 18 residential units in available layout variants of 3 + kk, 2 + kk, 2 + 1 + kk. The proposal also includes the potential of the site and the adjacent historical city center. This fact is used by the ground floors of buildings in which there is space for commercial or non-residential use. Each of the buildings also reflects and respects the height segmentation of the surrounding buildings, thanks to which it fits into the environment and does not create unnecessary shading of the surrounding houses. Thanks to the convenient orientation of the cardinal points and the view of Kolín's Zálabí and its surroundings, the layouts together with the façade are designed to offer as much view and sunshine as possible into the apartments.
