Spořilov radial road

Annotation
Architectural and Urban design study explored the possibility of reconnecting of the garden city Spořilov and housing estate Spořilov II, which was enabled by covering and partial sinking of the existing radial road. Nowadays the radial road creates not only a nonpermeable barrier between these two residential quarters, but it is also a major source of air and noise pollution, and thus it reduces the quality of life in the adjacent areas.
