Annex of a block, Krizova street, Decin

The project deals with an annex of a block and a revitalisation of the currently undefined surroundings of Křížová street. The new buildings find themselves in a unique historical environment and meet the authentic footprint of the historical structures demolished in 1955-1964. The low-rise buildings use the rising terrain for private gardens. The structures serve as a gallery with a cafe, shops, restaurant and residential apartments.
