Completion of multifunctional block in Ceska Lipa

The project propose the development of vacant lot and reconstruction of the erstwhile tavern in the historical centre of Ceska Lipa. Three residential building  and one office house are designed on the blank space. The tavern is recovered in the estate of the beginning 20th century, sheltered housing is on the first floor. The fragment of the second building on the lot is completed by the family hotel
