Annotation

A new apartment building with a mixed use ground floor and an underground parking garage had been designed on the site of older demolished buildings. It consists of three masses, of which the southern and northern have a gable roof, while the middle "connecting collar" with a green roof divides the mass of the building to better suit the context of its surroundings. The house has seven apartments, two three room maisonettes, two studios and three two room units. The apartments are designed in a lower class of comfort and are envisioned as housing for young families or starter apartments. Green terraces above the technological part of the building are oriented into the slope towards the church. All of the attic apartments have access to at least one gable.
