HOUSING VRŠOVICKÁ

Turn back towards the inner city! Prague is a dynamically developing city and as such needs housing in an ideally dense and well-connected environment. A great potential for the future development of the capital is therefore the intact land reserves in the wider centre, such as the land adjacent Grebovka park. The ambition of the project is to create a functioning part of the city in the working city structure on the border of Vršovice and Nusle. To add a new layer to the current city, based on the context of its surroundings and to bring new qualities in the form of a huge housing capacity, a new kindergarten building and a decent public space. However, not forgetting the issue of the comfort of living in the city, social life within the community and the individual diversity of each household.
