Annotation

The project deals with the design of home for children and youth with mental, mobility or multiple disabilities. The land is located in a vineyard in the middle of the historic district of Radebeul, Germany. The aim of the project is to create a home that will provide children and young people living in groups with assistants. These are children who can not live adequately in families. This center should partially replace family life in order children do not grow up in institutional care. The advantage of the center is the possibility of temporary accommodation famous family members. The complex is divided into two parts with two input communications. The upper part of the group including houses with assisted service. The upper part also include the top floor of the second building, where is the lounge the center. In the bottom part are publicly accessible premises. Between these two parts is an center office management and accommodation for families.
