Apartment Building in Náchod

I am proposing a multifunctional object that preserves the original urban development in the center of the city of Náchod and functionally, into the entire complex of block buildings. I preserve the street lines and enclose the entire object in a compact mass. I divide the mass of the L-shaped ob-ject into two parts, which are connected horizontally by a porch and a ver-tical communication. I open the entire block development to the public and offer them a look into the original part of the building with the existing stone wall, which is located on my property. My vision was to create a community - a social space where residents can meet on a gazebo, a roof terrace, where they can plant or host a family celebration. I designed a live parterre with the possibility of interaction.
