Apartment House Náchod

Our goal was to define and create a semi-public space in which the residents of Náchod can spend their free time. At the same time, we connected the block with Kamenice Street, the pedestrian zone of Náchod, newly created passages to facilitate movement in the city. The five newly designed buildings mutually form both a compact and continuous space, as well as a smaller corner. In order to achieve even more life in the block, designed apartment buildings with an active ground floor, where the visitor can find shops, restaurants or smaller offices for rent. The ground floor thus connects to Kamenice Street, which is full of smaller shops and businesses
