Residental Building - Gorge

The project is one of four parcels forming a new residential block bounded by Párkany and Hronova streets. However, a pedestrian path leading through the city of Náchod passes through the given plot of land forming the block. At this time, however, it is suppressed by the housing structure. As part of supporting the pedestrian path, the ground-plan track unfolds towards the castle and the city center and forms a kind of outdoor arcade. An internal atrium with an active parterre is thus provided not only to residents, but also to passing visitors. At first glance, this creates two residential houses, forming a compact whole. The southwest object gives way to the other in height and provides more light to the less sunny side. The common element is the metal balcony structure.
