Annotation
The subject of the thesis is a proposal for a conversion of a former army Red Sand Sea Fort from World War II in the Thames Estuary into an astronomic centre. The location is in a remote and forgotten position. Important topic of the project is sustainability of the centre and its self-sufficiency.
