Polyfunctionality was intended for my building, so I tried to come up with a pleasant combination of administration and residential units. The main idea was to create a suitable and functional environment for both purposes. I placed the apartments on the higher floors for the sake of greater privacy, comfort and, thanks to the height of the building, also because of the beautiful view of the surroundings. I then placed office spaces on the lower floors, which I designed in several layout variants, so that the variability of the space could be seen. The floor can accommodate several private offices that can be used by companies that need more privacy to work in individual departments. Open-space offices can also be placed in the space, if the company in question prefers co-working. My building is designed on the corner of the block by the main road and, according to the land plan, it has a prescribed maximum height of 60m. The plot of almost orthogonal shape clearly indicated the mass of my building. Buildings adjoin my facade on two sides, so I tried to come up with an interesting concept towards the street. In terms of shape, I kept exactly to the boundary of the plot, but from the higher floors, balconies play on the facade, which includes a self-supporting structural system of columns, which creates an interesting visual. The building is overall designed as multifunctional, therefore there are areas for administration on the lower floors and residential units are designed from the 7th floor. Overall, I designed two types of floors, where from the 7th floor to the 11th floor we find 2+kk apartments and studios, and from the 12th floor to the 16th floor there are 3+kk apartments.
