Housing with Community Garden and Sports Field - Beroun

The area in front of the Berun hospital used to be a beautiful green area, but with the construction of the hospital, it was converted into a parking lot. This project seeks to restore the area to its original fauna and flora with the construction of housing that takes the smallest possible area. The concept of the tower is based on the dimensions of the original four parking spaces, measuring 5x12 meters with a height increase. There are 14 maisonette apartments with a view of the meadows and forests around Beroun, connected to a panoramic view at the top of the tower.
