Two Houses in the Parish Yard

The proposed buildings are an residential building used for permanent housing of socilally weaker groups of residents and apartments used for short-term accomodation. The houses are part of the parish areal in Mnichovo Hradiště. The buildings have a fairly regular floor plan that respects the current state of parish yard. The residential building has 3 above-ground floors and one unerground. The apartments have two floors above ground. A common room is a part of the apartment buildinh, otherwise the entire building serves as accomodation. The residential buildinghas service areas in the basement and residential units in all of the upper floors. The houses outline a semi-private garden.
