The apartment building is situated in Čáslav in Dusíkova Street. The western side of the plot is flanked by a historic wall. Towards the street, the façade is divided by three bay windows, which found inspiration in the neighbouring building. The entrance to the house is located on the west façade from a quiet space defined by the wall. The building has 4 storeys above ground and one underground. There is underground parking for the residents of the building. On the ground floor there is space for commerce, technical facilities of the house. 2nd and 3rd floor have the same floor plan. The last floor is set back and enriches the apartments with a terrace. Behind the building there is a small private garden.
