Conversion of Winternitz's mills area and Na Vrtálně v Pardubicích

The diploma project is focused on conversion of former industrial area of Winternitz's mills and adjacent locality Na Vrtálně. The aim of the project is to consolidate the city core as the natural centre and to revive Bílé předměstí locality. The dissertation is using natural potentials as well as the walkable distance of Pardubice university to build appropriate facility for education and recreation in the same time. Project is also establishing a housing area to ensure daylong vibrancy ot the area.
