Annotation
This diploma thesis focuses on a conversion of the historical building of the former manor brewery in the medieval center of Zlín. This work responds to the current dilapidated state of the building and proposes its new potential use in today's internet age. This work also deals with an extension in which there are shared coworking offices, a cafe, and an underground car park.
