Annotation

The environment in which we live is interwoven with all kinds of buildings that refer to the history of the place. Tršice is a Moravian village known for its long tradition of hop-growing and related brewing. However, the local brewery was demolished in the 1920s. The thesis deals with the design of a microbrewery with a restaurant. Based on an analysis, the space near the courtyard of the original Gothic fortress, today's castle, was chosen for the building. This location is exceptional within the urban planning of the village, as it is located in the very heart of the village. The project also includes a concept for the redevelopment of the courtyard and the castle park with the aim of creating a new cultural and social centre for the local residents. The work has two parts: firstly, a site analysis was carried out, followed by an architectural design.
