The proposed building is divided into two parts, namely "building A" and "building B". Between these parts there is a space for cars to pass to the outdoor parking lot located west of the proposed building. Another crossing is located on the 1st floor of building B. It serves as an access road to the garages of the government office of the Czech Republic. Building A and building B are subsequently united on the 6th floor by a shared pitched roof. On the 1st floor, there is a cafe accessible to the public from the street, rooms for storing bicycles, waste warehouses, rentable commercial space and a control room controlling access to the garages of the Government Office of the Czech Republic. There is an underground garage and technical rooms in the 1st floor. There are apartments and storage cubicles on the 2nd floor, and then the 3rd to 5th floors are only apartments. The 6th floor serves as a shared torch roof with a separate warehouse. The architectural expression of the house clearly deviates from the surrounding buildings, even though it easily reacts to its environment with its floor plan shape, purpose and appearance of the facade. The facade of the house is atypically shaped. Its alternating oblique edges in a regular rhythm imitate the undulations of the river, and the surface of structured cement-fiber boards with a surface treatment that imitates metal gently reflects the incident light rays. The roof of the house is flared with extensive vegetation islands and is accessible both from building A and from building B.
