Water Balance

Object of water installation was designed for Landscape festival 2020 which takes place in Žižkov district, Prague. The aim was to revitalize public space close to crossroad Rokycanova – Prokopova by simple game of falling water. Proposed system carried by a hidden steel construction pushes the water from the upper volumes to smaller ones beneath based on precise balance principle. The indivisible part of installation is wooden wall and a podium that interacts with the wall defining public space. The whole idea is to refer fragile cycle of water in natural ecosystems and highlight the importance of its protection.
