Hotel and Apartments in the Bohemian Paradise

The land is located in Turnov in the area called the Horse Market. It is a gap which has a considerable potential. Although the location is close to the city center, the highway entrance predetermines the place a bit marginal position. My goal was to create an attractive, pleasant and open place in the gap. The development consists of two buildings with sloping roofs. The higher one has a bookstore on the ground floor. On the remaining three floors there are apartments. Each of them has got three bedrooms and a kitchenette. There are always two of them on each floor. In the lower house, which extends into the courtyard, there is a restaurant and a hotel reception on the ground floor. On the two upper floors there are 12 rooms for guests and hotel facilities.
