Community Centre for Seniors

The assignment of the project was to propose a community centre for seniors in a small town in the South Bohemian region and create a surprisingly pleasant social environment that will motivate seniors to take an active view of life. In my opinion, older people are asking for a pleasant home atmosphere in order to feel comfortable in the new environment. Therefore, I deliberately started from folk architecture and created a simple solution with a clear satisfaction of layouts on a small domestic scale. I put a lot of effort to make a simple solution, which ensured social communication, but at the same time provided privacy and allowed the independent and free movement of disabled people.
