Lipnice nad Sázavou - Community garden under the castle

The town of Lipnice nad Sázavou has a potential. It boasts of historical sights and a beautiful landscape around. In the concept for the plains below the castle we approach the municipality as a shell that can be developed from its very center to the outskirts of the cadastral area. We design a better interconectedness of the important objects in the center and deflection of automobile traffic from the square. In the agricultural part we intend to append a line of trees, to restore the orchard and visually connect the agro vicinity with the village. We open up the tubed waterways, add groves and boundaries and suggest diminishing of field areas. That should minimise erosion and support imbibition into subterrean waters. Renovation of historical roads and creating relaxation zones is also a part of the concept.
