Idea is based on conversion of express train carriages, Bbdgmee 236, into traveling modular hospital. Main benefit is fast capacity expansion for local hospitals in large towns, or placing first class hospital beds with complex care in remote towns. Train also anables fast speed transportation for patients in severe condition up to long distances, for example between Eropean metropoles.
