Living in Hřebenka

Hřebenka is located in Smíchov and is a popular Prague location. The attractiveness of the locality is given by the setting in the greenery of Strahov hill and the nearby park Klamovka. Nevertheless, the land is located in a city with all amenities. One of the important values ​​of the land, to which I responded, are the beautiful views of the scenery of the city and nature (SE direction). The concept consists in the design of 4 protruding buildings spread over the land on a slope with a common base with the creation of several green terrace levels accessible from the external staircase to the south. These 4 basic materials are gradually increased by 1 floor, so that they all have an equally nice view and plenty of glare. In the design, I also keep an old oak tree in the middle of the plot
