Apartment building in Pardubice

Residential building in Pardubice. The entrance is located on the east side of the building. There is no active ground floor, thanks to which the retail space is maximized. The apartments, which are located on the first floor, have their own private garden. At the same time, there is a room for placing prams, which can be used especially by families with children. The typical floor is solved by a corridor typology to save as much space as possible. The object has a very small depth, so I decided to extend it with a bay window. I got the necessary place to place apartments. Together with the bay window, we have balconies for larger apartments 4 + kk and 5 + kk. On the last fifth floor there are more luxurious apartments of a higher standard.
