Zahrádky - Apartment house Rezidence Pivovar

Rezidence pivovar is an apartment building designed in the floor plans of an old brewery in Zahrádky near Česká Lípa. The design focuses on a former brewery with a younger cellar, on the basis of which an apartment building with a museum and a community hall is designed. The brewery museum is located on the ground floor, as well as the community hall, and its tour also leads through the rock spaces behind the brewery. On the second floor and attic, there are four duplex apartments connected by a porch on the site of a former brewery. One apartment is located on the site of a former cellar and its roof serves as a terrace for one of the duplex apartments.
