Annotation

Holešovice, a fragmented city district with the potential of a densified dynamic link between Libeň and Letná.The plot is surrounded by a primary school, railway station and office building. The facade on Plynární Street ends with a block of apartment buildings, and at the same time opens DENSITY from the east side.The form of the apartment building with a northern orientation is based on the effort to illuminate the interior. The silhouette of the house creates the end of the block with its cantilever and responds to the adjacent administrative building with its town. The internal division is governed by the pursuit of simplicity and rationality. The space is divided according to a square grid based on the construction of underground parking.
