A corner block of flats is located in Prague at a rush tram crossroad near metro station Palmovka. Parterre offers metro entrance, hospitality and places for people to meet - library and elderly club. Building can provide space for diverse habitants - from single room flats for a couple to two-generation apartments. The property is supposed to be municipality-owned because it can enable living for an affordable rent. The house also aims to build neibourgh relationships by meeting on the shared terraces.
