Residential house - Palmovka

The residenti building is located in the city part of Prague 8 - Palmovka. This building is created on the principle of longitudinal flats, which extend over the entire building. The advantage of this principle is the shining sun from two cardinal directions and also the difference between the traffic from Libeň Bridge side and the view of the garden, which connects the surrounding buildings, from the south side. The building itself can be described as "affordable housing", except for the apartments on the corner. As the dominant feature of the whole building, I would definitely highlight the maisonettes, which are located on the above-mentioned corner. These apartments are spacious, have at least two loggias, and they are sunshined from three cardinal directions.
