The appartment house next to the sheltered workshop
Annotation
The project contains an apartment house which is situated in a blank space in Růžová street. And then it contains a sheltered workshop building situated at Jindřišská street. The building in Jindřišská street has a shop on the first floor. The other floors serve as a creative space for the workshop.
The apartment house is composed of six floors. On the first floor is a café, the other floors serve for living, here are the apartments. The last floor has a green roof with a terrace with a beautiful view of Prague.
