The parking house is located west of the center of Prague, near the Kotlářka pond and the Cibulka forest park. The aim of the polyfunctional parking house P + R was to reduce the traffic load on Plzeňská Street and improve the civic amenities of the surroundings. Part of the parking house is a gas station, which is accessible without the need of parking in the building. The concept is based on the terrace mass of the building, which "protrudes from the pond". The residential roofs create a pleasant place for relaxation, but also for work. Grocery is directly accessible from the ground floor, on the first terrace there is a café, fitness and a playground. The second terrace is used for recreation. On the third terrace are areas for street workout and leisure activities.
