The design enters a socialistic housing estate with a solid geometric structure and fineness of the detail. The existing grids, axes and routes through the territory set clear boundaries of the building and form new design of the square. Both objects try to bring life back to the center and create a pleasing complex in which would everyone want to spend their time.
